2. Use of Our Website By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We offer this website on the condition that you accept these terms and the associated Privacy Policy. By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
3. Our Products and Services Frisson8 offers sensory and tactile tools, curated toolkits, and guidance and support materials. Our products are intended to support wellbeing and everyday functioning, but they are not medical devices, not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and individual responses will vary.
4. Product Expectations We carefully select products based on observed and reported benefits. However, effectiveness may differ from person to person, and sensory preferences are highly individual.
5. Pricing All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
6. Orders When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement email. This does not confirm acceptance — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched. We may not be able to accept your order if: the item is out of stock; payment cannot be authorised; there has been a pricing or product description error; there is a system failure; or you have failed our customer validation checks.
7. Payment Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We do not store full payment details.
8. Delivery We aim to dispatch promptly and provide realistic delivery estimates, however delivery times are not guaranteed. Where a "next day delivery" option is selected, orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays may not be dispatched until the following Monday.
9. Returns and Cancellations You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@frisson8.co.uk. Please refer to our full Returns & Refund Policy for details.
10. Faulty or Incorrect Items If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or loss of business or profits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. We shall not be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential damages including loss of profit or loss of opportunity as a result of use of or inability to use any items ordered on this website.
12. Intellectual Property All content, including branding, wording, and imagery, belongs to Frisson8 and may not be used without permission. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or otherwise exploit any content on this website for commercial gain.
13. Privacy Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this website.
14. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. General Conditions We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service without notice. Should any term be found unenforceable, the remainder of the terms shall continue in full force and effect. Should any delay or failure to comply with our obligations arise beyond our reasonable control, we will not be responsible for such delay or failure.
16. Entire Agreement These terms, combined with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all preceding agreements whether written or oral.
