Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. International shipping may be available on request — please contact hello@frisson8.co.uk for details.
Dispatch times We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery estimates Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard delivery: 2-5 working days
- Express delivery (where available): 1-2 working days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays.
Please note that delivery to remote areas including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and UK islands may take longer than standard estimates. In rare cases, additional courier charges may apply — we will contact you before dispatch if this affects your order.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Packaging We take care to package all items securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. We aim to use appropriate packaging that protects your products during transit.
Tracking Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Failed deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave details of how to arrange redelivery or collection. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.
